Before you start
Most of these achievements can be gained from just playing the game casually, I highly recommend doing a normal playthough first and then go back to clean up all the once you missed, as you will have unlocked most of the abilities and areas in the end game.

Some are self explanatory, and the description are enough.. But if some ain't, comment and I'll update with an explanation.
Onshoring
Finish the tutorial.
Craft a Bridge and place it, on Agnar's bay at the start of the game
Death Is For The Living
Die and respawn
Die, any way you can.
Here Be Summer
Enter the Forest
To get past Hjalmar, go make it night time at Tove
Light Of My Life
Craft a torch in Searkyn Village
Requires 5 Sticks and 3 Tree Resin.
Craft at Astrid
Long Way From Home
Meet your savior
Find Njord
Little Snack
Eat a Blue Berry
After picking up a Blue Berry, go to your inventory and use the Blue Berry
Rise To The Occasion
Enter the Mountain
Power Of The Gods
Use a rune
You can use the rune that you craft from the Runecrafting tutorial or you can earn runes from quest or hidden pickups
A Cold Shoulder
Find Alaric by the Isarnfolk
On the far right in Kliftof, Alaric can be found by a door
Cold As Ice
Face the God in the North
Find Uller in the Vale of Yews, you need 3 planks to access the hidden path to get to him
Glory And Grief
Enter the Battlefield
One Man's Junk...
Find a veritable treasure trove near Kliftoft
After getting the blessing to bend the light rays, to the far left in Kliftoft you can unlock an area with this ability (Make sure it's day time)
Oh Romeo
Find Kenna with the Valkans
Kenna can be found in the southern part of the Valkan Village, past the river with a plank bridge, she is standing near the tent.
Moment Of Respite
Find a moment's peace on the battlefield
Timber!
Topple every tree in Vanaheim
Cut down all the trees around the map. They are used as shortcuts to new areas.












Eye Spy
Acquire and uses Odin's eye
From the well
Down On Love
Find the Lady in the Battlefield
Final Resting Place
Sleep at three different locations in Vanaheim
You can sleep in each of the major villages.












#Blessed
Find all the Shrines in Vanaheim
Shrine restore your soul level and sets your respawn point, there are 15 around the map.

Escape the storm
You have finished the game and escaped the storm
After getting all the boat parts, return to Njord and run back to Nôatûn, where Astrid is waiting on the habor.
Geirrod Was Here
Find the secret ritual
After getting the Divine Shield, return to Agnar's Bay enter the fog area on the far right and follow the path to a shrine with runes on it
Started From The Bottom
Find a second path to the shrine by Asmund's home
After getting Odins eye from mimir, go back to Asmund and take one of the two bridges to the island with the shrine on it.
Mortal Immortal
Never fade out as you escape Vanaheim.
This achievement is bugged. If you don't get on your first playthough. Attempt to uninstall the game and remove any files associated to the game

"Find a second path to the shrine by Asmund's home". Not very helpful if there aren't even directions or images indicating where to go to unlock this?
