Hey all! This game is a Vita port so it has some optimization issues, namely this game runs pretty well on older systems or your OP gaming RIGS fail to select your RTX somethings! There are 2 fixes that should get your rolling in all that Waifu pew pew glory!
Modern GPU users GTX 1000's/RTX 2000's and above will have to do some tweaking to make it run at the 60fps cap allowed.

1st go into Nvidia control panel locate the Bullet Girls Phantasia .exe usually under Game.EXE with the icon for the shortcut.
scroll down and enable Vsync.

2nd Set the Graphics Processor to High Performance so it uses your Discrete GPU instead of your onboard graphics.

That should fix the FPS issues and now you can enjoy your WAIFU monster shooter game!

You can get an easy 60 FPS with minimal battery usage in game and in the menu's

When you launch the game select the following options

Windowed
1280 x 720
60 FPS

Quick question! So I was able to get it working on my Steam Deck with those settings. But is there any way to get it working at 1080p on Steam Deck if played in docked mode? Seems that as soon as you change it to 1080p, it caps to 30fps again in gameplay. The 720p settings looks great in handheld mode, but it's pretty bad looking in docked mode.

Any way to do this on Steam Deck? It's locked to 30fps in gameplay, but 60fps in the menus.
