It's a 4K render at the highest possible graphics settings. I mostly use OMGEorzea which is a preset that already comes bundled with GShade. You should be able to find it in the Gshade dropdown menu in the application's overlay in-game. Though I mostly stick to the gameplay variant of OMGEorzea when not taking fancy gpose shots due to the DOF being so obtrusive while actually playing.

It might also be important to note that I also use some upscaled texture mods regarding the body, face, eyes and hair while trying to keep everything as vanilla-looking as possible.
