Trust Factor is a very important and integral part of CS:GO that was introduced to the game in late 2017.

It's a powerful tool that helps Valve improve the overall matchmaking experience, by pooling players who are likely to have a good experience together. Trust Factor was launched to further bolster Prime Matchmaking that had created an imperfect divide within the CS:GO community. This advanced system observes the behavior and conduct of a player, keeps a strict eye on their Steam account, tracks their time spent playing the game, and many other factors, to reward them with a score that determines whether their Trust Factor is high or low.

You already have it

This is a system that targets all players and is not visible to anyone apart from the occasional warning that you're playing with low trust factor

1. Use Steam Guard
It is extremely important to add 2FA (Phone Number)

2. Make your profile public.
This will help both steam and members in understanding you have nothing to hide.

Go to your profile > Edit Profile > Privacy Settings > Make everything public


3. Become an active member of the Steam Community.
Everything you do in or for the community will help

• Screenshots
  
• Videos
  
• Reviews
  
• Guides (Like this one :D)
  
• Artwork

4. Play games often without cheating.
Trust factor keeps an eye on other bans you might have on your account, meaning that, if you cheat in Rust and you get a "Game ban" it will heavily affect and lower your Trust Factor



5. Get praise (commended) by your teammates.



and don't forget to commend others



6. Avoid getting kicked out of your games.
There's a reason to why you were kicked and Valve will remember it

7. Do not block your teammates and do not harm your teammate in the game.
Blocking and harming your teammates will result in griefing reports that will lower your Trust Factor

8. Do more OVERWATCH cases.
Remember to do some overwatch cases now and then.
"If you fight cheaters you're probably not one of them"

9. Like guides like this.

10. Add more friends.

11. Comment on many different profiles, discussions, guides, artworks etc.

12. If you have some steam points, remember to give Awards.

Faceit Finder

Faceit finder gives you a good idea on what your trust factor is currently looking like.
You can check your:

• Account status
  
• When your Account was created
  
• When you started playing CS:GO
  
• CS:GO total hours
  
• CS:GO last 2 weeks hours
  
• If your CS:GO achievements were hacked
  
• Banned friends

If you follow this guide you'll eventually get green trust factor and hopefully get better teammates in the future.
