Introduction
Welcome to our 100% Achievement Guide for Forewarned!

Estimated time to 100% completion is 75+ hours.

Most of the achievements in this game are fairly simple. However, some are very time-consuming achievements. This game is much easier with a team of players, but every achievement except for 1 can be earned by a solo player. See "Eternal Entombment" in the Miscellaneous section for more details.

Use Ctrl+F to search for a particular achievement as needed.
Escaping with Relics
For these achievements, make sure that you make it out of the tomb alive, and place the relic inside the back of the jeep before you escape. When the game starts, check the back of the jeep for the red outline of the relic inside of the tomb. Restart if it's not the relic you need. There are 7 unique relic types, but all relics have the same value in Gold and XP.

Imhotep's Bane
"Keep it close."
- Escape a tomb with the relic in the achievement's picture

Watchful Eye of Ra
"Now if we could just find the staff..."
- Escape a tomb with the relic in the achievement's picture

Dr. Jones

- Collect all 5 of the previously named unique relics, along with both the Left and Right Bracer of General Totoun

Artifacts
Artifacts will sometimes appear as a collectible objective when starting a level. Escaping with the artifact counts toward the achievement, even if none of the other objectives are completed. If an artifact doesn't spawn, you can restart the game as many times as needed until it does. 1.0 added 10 new artifacts to the original 14 for a total of 24.

Tomb Raider
"Collect 7 Artifacts"
- Just play the game and escape with artifacts as much as possible. You need any 7 of them in total for this achievement.

Artifact Archon

Here are images of some of the artifacts. This will be updated as we find the rest of them. You can view these in the lobby the same way mentioned in the relics portion of the guide. Make sure you are the host.

Lore Pages
Lore Pages will sometimes appear as a collectible objective when starting a level. Escaping with the lore page counts toward the achievement, even if none of the other objectives are completed. If a lore page doesn't spawn, you can restart the game as many times as needed until it does. There are a total of 170 lore pages which all need to be collected for the achievement. However, only 75 lore pages need to be transcribed for achievements.

Play the game on the largest map possible, and on the easiest difficulty to get the most lore pages in the shortest amount of time. It helps if you have friends who are also going for the achievements, as everyone in the game (who does not die) will be rewarded with any lore pages found in that game.

Process for Banishing Mejai
  1. Identify the Mejai.
    • Locate the basement and 4 Canopic Jars - sometimes a jar or two can spawn in the Mejai's Tomb, and possibly 3 Keys (Gold, Silver, and Bronze). The keys are not always needed, but if they spawn, then you will need all three.
    • Do not forget to grab your torch - even if you do not need to use it while searching for the blue switch, you will need it later.
  2. Enter the Mejai's Tomb.
    • Grab remaining Jars, if necessary, along with the Relic.
  3. Locate and flip the blue switch.
  4. Instead of leaving the tomb, go into the basement.
  5. Solve the puzzle - According to the wiki[forewarned.fandom.com]. there are 13 different puzzles you can encounter.
  6. Grab the Ushabti
  7. Enter the portal
  8. Read the note next to the deceased explorer, it will give you the correct Ward type to use which is the little symbol to the bottom left of the page, as well as the order to press the ward buttons. There will also be a torch here if you've somehow lost yours, but it is only level 1 and will go out very quickly.
  9. Enter the banishment room and study the 4 pillars around the room. Each pillar will have 2 symbols, one will indicate either a letter or number, and the other will indicate the ward type. Set the ward type to the type indicated by the paper in the previous room using the 2 blue buttons on each pillar.
  10. Each Ward button must be pressed in a specific order. The paper in the previous room will indicate whether to push the buttons in alphabetical or numerical order, either forward or in reverse. Using this info, determine which order the buttons should be pressed in. It will be much easier if you figure it out now before all the enemies spawn in.
  11. Place all items in correct spots on ritual altar
  12. Boss fight time - use torch to ward off various enemies (crocs, mummies, snakes)
  13. After a few boss fight waves, a text popup will tell you to use the Ward to banish the Mejai. Press the red button on the side of the pillar in the order you determined earlier.
  14. After the boss fight is over, - you will hear a voice line and the game will end, unlocking your achievement.
Modifier Achievements
These achievements are related to completing missions under various conditions.

Brutal Relic Hunter
"Collected a Relic on Brutal difficulty"
- When hosting a lobby, the difficulty setting is on the top left of the lobby screen. Set the difficulty to Brutal and escape the map with the relic. You can set the Blessing of Osiris to 3 uses to make it a little easier.

Race Against Time
"Completed a round with timed mode on"
- In the top right of the lobby screen is the modifiers menu. Setting the timer setting to anything other than off and escaping with the relic will earn you this achievement.

Agony
"Collect a relic with the Agony Modifer on"
- At the top of the modifers menu is the preset modifier option. Set it to the "Agony" preset, then escape with the relic to earn this achievement. Note that the "Agony" preset uses timed mode, and therefore both this achievement and the "Race Against Time" achievement can be earned in one run.
Miscellaneous Achievements
These achievements are unlocked by collecting gold, upgrading tools, and completing various objectives as you play the game.

Well Prepared
"Tutorial Completed."
- Complete the tutorial excavation. It can be found at the menu screen at your office. The excavation must be fully completed. The tomb does not need to be fully mapped out, but you do need to identify the Mejai and secure the relic in the back of the Jeep before escaping.

Fancy

- You should upgrade the hard hat first, as it is the most useful.

Expanding Inventory
"Purchase a tool for the first time"
- Just buy a new tool, like the metal detector.

Inventory King

Unearthly Proof

- Getting a picture of the Mejai in their physical form unlocks this achievement. The easiest way is to take a camera when performing the banishment ritual, and snap a photo while the Mejai while he is in the cage to earn this achievement.

This is Not Archaeology
"Burned a Mummy"
- Sometimes mummies will become active and roam around the tomb. Swing a lit torch at one to light it on fire and kill it to earn this achievement.

Healing Force
"Used a medkit"
- After buying the medkit in the shop, it can be used to heal from injuries sustained while in the tomb. Heal yourself once to earn this achievement.

Weekly Wonder
"Completed all weekly challenges during any week"
- To the left of the lobby screen in the office is the weekly challenge board. These challenges reset over time, so be sure to get them done before they expire if you see an easy set of objectives.

Point Spender
"Spend a point in the Points Shop"
- Completing a weekly challenge or taking a prestige level will give you a point to spend at the point shop on your computer. Buy anything to unlock this achievement. I would personally recommend one of the pets to pick up a passive bonus.

Mortal Return
"Returned from the afterlife as a human"
- At the start of a game, turn on the Blessing of Osiris. After dying, you're given the choice between returning to life as a human or as a mummy. Pick to return as a human for this achievement.

"Became a Mummy"
- This achievement requires at least 2 players. Spawning as a mummy is disabled in solo mode. At the start of a game, turn on the Blessing of Osiris. After dying, you're given the choice between returning to life as a human or as a mummy. Pick to return as a mummy for this achievement.

@Saphy To add to what HeyKay said, if you pick up a lore page and do not make it out of the tomb alive (or do not banish the mejai) then that lore page will not count towards your progress. Additionally, I you are playing with a friend, and you die, but they make it out alive, you will not get any progression towards your lore pages. I have still been grinding for the 100 lore pages, and the method that I have found to work the best is to start a game on easy difficulty and a large map. Look everywhere in the map (sometimes the lore pages can be in the mejai's room - meaning you will need to gather enough evidence to determine who the mejai is to get the page). If I have been just about everywhere in the map, other than the mejai's room, I will just leave with my gold/treasure/artifacts/etc. and repeat the cycle.
