Litwick the Candle Pokemon, the pre evolution of Lampent and the pre pre evolution of Chandelure, Rolls in on a candle tray. A candle tray that doubles as a hot skateboard.


Specials:

Neutral Special: Poltergeist

Litwick swings a broom and launches furniture at the enemy, each item has a different effect, has a small chance to not launch anything.


Side Special: Ember

Fires a burst of flame forward, if you're close enough to the enemy the flame will be stronger and burn them.


Down Special: Confuse Ray

Sprays orbs in a small area, will launch the enemy at a random direction with high knockback.


Up Special: Fire Spin

Spawns a fiery tornado that multi-hits the enemy, launches Litwick up, as most up specials do.


ALTS:

All are based off of generation 5 Pokemon and other Characters. MOSTLY generation 5 at least.
