Enhanced Mode is an optional part of the game when you complete the game. It changes things around. In this guide I will list most of the changes and hopefully you'll have a better grasp on what it is, and why it can be a useful tool for some of the harder achievements.

Just beat the game. Once you have it, there will be a checkbox on the screen when your starting a new game.
YOU NEED TO BEAT THE GAME ON A WEEKEND IN PARADISE MODE

In Enhanced Mode, the Postal Dude can now alter the contents of his urine.

Regular (AKA: Good Ol Piss) This is your normal Urine. It will put you out if you are on fire and has a low chance of making someone puke.


Napalm
This type of urine is Napalm, and acts similar to the Napalm Launcher but is more accurate (or less depending on your aiming skills :P) This urine will catch fire when it touchs the ground, setting people on fire. You can quickly set someone and fire and walk away without anyone even knowing.

Gonorrhea
This type of urine is what the Dude's urine looks like when he catches gonorrhea.
No functional diffrence. Acts same as regular urine.


Vomit
Sicking but a very useful urine. This type of urine makes people vomit, almost the instant it touches them. Not for those with weak stomachs.
Blood
Not sure what this one does. Seems to be the same as regular urine.

Gasoline
This type of urine is similar to Napalm. However it does not lite when it touches the ground. Good for laying traps when you don't have the gascans.

The Dude no longer takes fire damage! Or...well mostly. When you are lite on fire you will take 1HP damage, but you will take no further damage from the flames. You won't set yourself on fire with your own Napalm urine, so thats also a plus.

• The machine gun will fire scissiors as a secondary.
  
• The Shotgun will have an explosive secondary.
  
• *The sniper will fire explosive rounds.
  
• The grenade launcher will fire cats.

The Dude now starts with a police uniform! This is helpful for certain times when the law is comes in and you have to evade them. (Also makes robbing the bank easier)

Thursday No (Can be taken from police station but does not start in your inventory)
Friday Yes
Saturday ??? (Presumably Yes)
Sunday ??? (Presumably Yes)

All throwable melee weapons are infinite and can be thrown muiltable times in succession. Can be very useful on higher difficulties.

The Dude can now carry more ammo. The cap is 9999 now for each weapon.

A great way to speedrun and just travel in general Shovel Flying is a awesome feature in Enhanced mode. Simply right or left click in repeatedly after a jump to fly. Each swing brings you higher into the sky!

Now, the Baton if you swing it at the head it has a chance of killing instantly.

Many matches can now be thrown at once by right clicking with the matchbox out. It doesn't really do all that much but its interesting none the less. The double barreled shotgun no longer needs to be reloaded. The dude can also decapitate people with his knuckle dusters.

Now, if the Dude is not holding any weapons he can pick people up and throw them!
(picking up police officers is basically like assaulting them and they will try to arrest you.)
