Cheese is very common and can be found in almost every kitchen and tavern. So why not?
Where to most effectively steal it?
At first it is recommended to go to the warehouse in solitude where there is lots of cheese.
Even more cheese.
If this wasn't enoth you can get even more cheese by stealing it from taverns and kitchens.
(Dont forget to look in the basement)

The solitude warehouse is really good for finding eider cheese wheels, very useful for making
Elswer fondue.
