The map has no restrictions so you also can go outside the map
The map has a paintable sky (Make your own)
The map has npc nodes (Also strider nodes)
You dont need L4D for it

The game also has to be installed and activated

1. Check your addons may you have some addons which cause trouble
2. Should you still have cubemap issues turn "mat_specular" off
3. Redownload the map may it didnt downloaded correctly
4. Check your contents you need various game contents
5. Verify your game cache files

Bugs:
prop_door_rotating has Door model (...mdl) with no door_options! Verify that SKIN is valid, and has a corresponding options block in the model QC file
MDLCache: ....mdl needs to be recompiled
