Strange that only parts of the same sprite sets are missing. If you look in Faerun/gfx/characters/halfwoodelf, are the other files there and loking functional?

As well the Half elfs they appear invisible with floating eyes and lips

The portraits for one of the dragon kin is appearing invisible. I already tried reinstalling the mod

Can you check Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/log/error.log for causes? Often crashes are from missing unit packs that BLF full uses. BLG modular detects those before use.

The game keeps crashing when I try to launch it. I just have BLG full, the submod,Faerun, and Cultural cities on.

This submod appears to break the main menu GUI. With it enabled my main menu looks like this:

When I just have Better Looking Garbs Full enabled, the menu displays properly so it seems to be something unique to the submod itself.
