There are several places (churches) where we can get this achievement. And in this guide, I'd like to show you an easy way.

Playstos development team fixed a small achievement-related issue in Version Update 1.25.
Please note that we have to update the game to Version 1.25 or higher to use the following way.
　

Location

A good place (church) to get this achievement is Santa Maria in Cosmedin[en.wikipedia.org] in Rome.
We can find this church in "The Roman Forum & the Colosseum" track which is available from the start of the game.

I posted a gameplay video to show how to get the achievement in-game.

1. Launch "Real World Racing".
2. Main Menu => "ARCADE" => Select "QUICK RACE" or "TIME TRIAL".
3. Select "Rome" => "The Roman Forum & the Colosseum".
4. Select your favorite car (any car is OK).
5. "START EVENT".
6. Drive to "Santa Maria in Cosmedin" and park your car near the church.

Then the achievement will be unlocked.
That's it!

I'm not sure, but we can change the cam settings in "Options - Gameplay - Camera Mode" menu. But I think you already figured it out. :)

For me at least, the track is rotated 90 CCW, and it took me a while to figure it out.... But thanks for the guide! Anyone else has the track rotated? I choose the first track option in the Arcade/Quick Race menu...
