Setting launch options
In Steam game library right-click on X Rebirth and select properties. In the window that pops up select the General tab and then click the set launch options... button. Enter the commands in the smaller window. You can add multiple commands by just leaving a space between them.

List of avaialble commands
Command

-showfps
Enables FPS counter ingame
-language XX
Text language setting, where XX is the country code (44, 49, 33, etc)
-voicelanguage XX
Voice language setting, where XX is the country code (44, 49, 33, etc)
-difficulty hard
Sets difficulty to hard
-prefersinglefiles
Defaults game to prioritise the use of extracted files (for modders)
-disablemusic
Disables ingame music
-disableeffectsounds
Disables effects sounds, like engines, guns, etc
-soundsystem 5.1
Sets sound system (also works with 7.1, surround, quad, stereo and mono)
-windowed
Sets window mode
-borderless
Sets borderless window mode
-confinemouse
Enables confining mouse to window
-width:XXXX
Sets window size with in windowed mode
-height:YYYY
Sets window size height in windowed mode
-antialiasing:n
Disables Antialiasing
-noshadows
Disables shadows
-nossao
Disables SSAO
-noglow
Disables Glow
-skipintro
Skips intro movie
-clearstats
Clears Statistics
-clearstatsandachievements
Clears Statistics and achievements

extra launch tip is -dx9 to force it to use 9 instead of 11

Acheivments can be reset with the Steam Account Manager, google 'Steam SAM'

Holy crap, you can clear Steam Achievements. First game I found to do so!!!
So you can redo them on a second playthru!

Great list, but it's missing '-logfile <filename>', which is very useful during mod development.

Thanks a lot!
The game wouldn't even start correctly on my 3-gpu 4-head machine until I added -windowed and -borderless. Now it works flawlessly. :ss13ok:
