Mod Tutorial: Chatty Advisor

"I wouldn't be doing my job right unless I told you not to do that." - Your Advisor, probably.

What good is an Advisor if you can't talk to them? This mod allows you to ask your advisor for advice, and they'll provide hints for what to do.

Along with being a fully playable mod, this mod code acts as a step by step modding tutorial that teaches a modder how to:
1. Listen for GameEvents to insert your custom mod code.
2. Add/Remove a conversation on a character.
3. Create a dynamic conversation that will be adapt to what's happening in the game, allowing you to create unique dialog for incredibly rare circumstances that may surprise the player.

This mod showcases some key techniques for writing scripts in Empire of Sin. This mod is also moddable, allowing other mods to add additional advice dialog to it.

- Advice Given -

Version 1.0:
- For each boss, talks about their unique empire bonus and recommends which rackets to invest in.
- Tells the player to explore Chicago to meet other bosses if they haven't met anyone.
- Gives Maggie some very specific advice about a war she's losing.
