Into the Abyss is an elaboration on the dreams with endless and slow falls, rather than abrupt and fast ones. In Jungian interpretation, the later would signal warnings about imminent collapse due to one’s inflated ego. However, the slow and endless falls might represent the loss of control over your current situation with subsequent transition into a new realm, whether bad or good. This idea should exist in our collective unconscious mind because a contemporary person can easily trace it back to Alice in Wonderlands (also referenced in our artwork), who did experience a slow fall into the rabbit hole which led her into a new realm.
In the artwork you will see few more important dream symbols: the open book, the locked door, and the clock. I will not provide interpretation of these symbols and leave it up to you. There is also one more symbol that should be important to any cs player.
