Use a spear with 3-2-2 armour preferably and find yourself a horse, the way of the horseman is all about route, aim, and timing. Never stop when on horseback, it is imperative to keep moving, as getting stuck on terrain will cost you death. You want to follow a path that is streamline and easy to traverse, the most optimal path for kills is a flank. Ride behind the objective where enemies flood towards it, then charge behind enemies to nab some easy kills, this is most easily executed by pressing F to joust your weapon although stab attack is fine too. Continue to use the route you have created for as long as possible but don't forget to switch it up as players will start to suspect your positioning after dying many times. Well you've came this far and assuming you might not have a horse the whole game you might want to change your spear-man strategy for your team and your sweet kills. When on foot with the spear you mostly want to stab and rarely swing as it can hit your allies and does not do much damage. you want to position yourself slightly behind your allies in combat and wait for the enemy to be close to death (you can tell from how bloody they are) wait for this moment and stab to nab some quick and easy kills. Let your team do the damage whilst you go in for the fatal blow.
