Omschrijving
Fixes several 0 Economy exploits by applying different deficit multipliers that apply to swarm, machine and regular empires alike and hurt ALL of them, not just the unlucky ones paradox deems unworthy. This is especially important in Multiplayer games.

Here are the new deficit rules:

Basically everything reduces your overall productivity since shortages tend to influence more than just one sector. And People are not becoming more content hence the amenities increase. Also it needs to hurt to prevent 0 economy exploitation.
