Everything you need is already in description. Just fire up the page, change some filters using buttons at the top and use "Collect" buttons to hide things you already collected. Have fun!

Right now this is the first tracker I made and since I am playing with a friend so it takes us longer to finish one game than playing solo, but most probably I will also do ones for DS2 and DS3 at some point.

One question, does this also exist for Dark Souls 3, or will it exist for Dark Souls 3? I am planning to seriously start that game at some point, and would probably need this for DS3 also xd

@Mert I am glad that at least it of any help! :)
If you would spot any mistakes or something would be missing you can send a comment and I will fix it. Also I will update it so there will be option to 'unselect' items collected by mistake, but it will not break your anything if you are already using it. So thanks for a comment and good hunting Choosen Undead :)

Bruh, I was using Notepad files this whole time as a lazy jank way, but thanks, I'll use this for the few I have left, I guess
