you need xp for service medals. the service medal is a coin you get when you get level 40 you can upgrade it 6 times. the service medal changes once each year so remember to get them quick so here in this guide you can see how.

They look like this and the star change color for each tier they go from gray to red

the weekly xp bunuses are
4 x from 0 to 4500 xp
2 x from 4500 to 7500 xp
1 x from 7500 11200 xp

when you reach 11200 your xp earnings will deacrease a bit until next week because the xp multiplyer resets once a week

when we know our weekly multiplyer what do we multiply it with your xp earned for most games it is your score (score is somthing that you get when playing cs and doing things like getting kills) X some number

causel score X 4
deathmatch score X 0,2
competive rounds won X 30
wingman raound won X 16
retakes score X 4


so if i got 122 in score in retakes that is 122 times 4 so
122 X 4 = 488 xp
it is that simple
