We're tearing down and rebuilding more junkyard finds in Car Mechanic Simulator 2021, starting with the 1959 Cadillac Eldorado (Luxor Goldtrail in the game).  This rebuild is definitely going to need an engine swap and performance parts for a sweet looking finish!
