Copy and Paste this +"FovYWidescreen" "XX.000000" in the game's launch options. (include the plus and quotations)

The "XX" is your desired Fov value. You can find the "launch options" by right clicking the game (in your steam library) and clicking on "properties"

I play on 80 fov, on 90 the weapons are a little too zoomed out for me.
