Xinguang Arch Bridge 新光大桥

The Xinguang Bridge, located in Guangzhou, China, is a bridge crossing the main channel of the Pearl River on the Xinguang Expressway.


The bridge has a total length of 1,083 meters, and the main bridge is 782 meters long, a three-span continuous steel-frame arch bridge. The width of the bridge is 37.62 meters, including 24 meters of lanes, and 3 meters of sidewalks on each side, at a cost of 412 million yuan. Construction work started in January 2004, completed at the end of September 2006, to January 20 of the following year opened to traffic.
