1. decompress the folder structure in your documents folder
   
2. rename the "Mynewmod" folder
   
3. add your mod files in the correct folders
   
4. modify the batch to fit the correct steam path ,your document path, mod description etc..
   (edit the .bat file to see inside , 'rem ' are commented line so if your create or update your mod , unrem (delete the rem word at begining of the line) save it and double click it.

if your create it for first time, the console window will show you the mod id (number), write it somewhere or copy it in batch file to be able to update it.
