Is it possible to fully ECM rush the First World Bank? The heist is quite long (waiting for the insider to move: first to the vault & then to the escape, looking for the code...), but even leaving that aside, is the whole heist rushable, or are there some objectives which become locked under the ECM effect? If there are none, would it be possible to rush from the very beginning, and finish the heist with all loot and the +15% stealth bonus?

➽ TIME STAMPS:
0:00 → Short intro. Problem with long heist duration.
0:35 → The rush starts...
1:15 → Circuit boxes done, moving on the vault code.
2:15 → Code found. Downtime: waiting for insider.
3:29 → Insider arrives. Optimal keycard objective.
4:15 → Looting the vault!
5:15 → Strategy A: the C4 escape (advantages).
6:00 → Final loot drop-off.

6:52 → The stealth bonus challenge. Is it possible?
7:52 → Done with the boxes a bit faster. Moving on to code.
8:19 → Waiting for the insider.
9:03 → Same ECM order as The Big Bank.
9:20 → Insider arrives. Same keycard strategy.
9:54 → Specific looting strategy for this approach.
10:36 → Talking to the outsider to escape.
11:56 → Escape opens. Running out of ECM time!
12:11 → Final loot drop-off.

12:46 → End of heist! Did we get the bonus?
12:56 → End screen!

➽ REGARDING XP EFFICIENCY: The stealth bonus for this heist is 15%, and the bonus XP you gain from switching to the loud escape is 4,000 XP. This means that, if the next heist you plan to complete has a reward of 26,667 or less, the loud escape is better. Note that this does not take into account that the loud escape is much faster, which makes it more efficient to go for loud escape even for some heists with XP reward above the aforementioned threshold.
