How long?
In total it took about 1300 hours, and 8 months, but again, this was pretty casual so I had some months off, however the goal was to average like 1-2 infamies per day, ez pz, just play everyday with a great crew. Generally we don't pub, we always play with the crew and each of us has literally thousands of hours in the game. If we're down a person usually we use a bot, or open the last slot to a pubber.

TL;DR - play a lot, git gud, have a great crew, kick noobs and cheaters
