This one is easy to get, simply start the game and grab the sword from the starting logo.

This is the most difficult of the four to find.

Location
On top of the armor storage is where you will have to get.


Step One
You'll want to jump on top of the key storage, first you'll jump in front of it and move slightly to the left to the raised section of the counter.

Step Two
Once you are at the raised section you just jump on top of the key storage, fairly easy to do. Your head and upper body will be clipping through the ledge above you but you should be able to see above it.
I'm leaning back to show that you can stand on top of it but you will want to fully face the wall once you get on top of the storage.


Step Three
Jumping from key storage to armor storage can be a little tricky but I found the easiest was to face the wall and be as close to it as possible and then run to your right and do a strafe jump on top. I was able to consistently repeat this jump.
If you jump it just right, you should make it on top and you'll have the easter egg.

Easy to find this one, just grab the beginner smithing book and keep turning the pages until you reach the easter egg.

The final easter egg, not hard to find but hidden fairly well. Just look underneath the potion table in the shop. It's another plaque on the bottom of this table. You may have to force your head under the table to get the achievement.
