[LFS] Cessna L-19/O-1 Bird Dog Pack

It took too long so I had to do it myself, plus I needed some practice on coding (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ copying and pasting other people's code and praying that it would work). Anyways here's a cheap way of saying I still make content, hopefully this time it doesn't get raided by an army of angry [redacted]s like when I uploaded the prop version.

I'll make a few more cars next and then I'll move back to making GuP content since they're the only thing that doesn't seem to get buried by Sanic Clones. And once I get the will to do some things I'll bring even more of my things to life/fix or improve them.

-It's functional
-2 Seats
-Meh interior
-The one with floats can float on water
-Has lights
-The sticks/levers move
-Randomised Skins
-Pilot appears when you put AI on it

Bugs:

-Hopefully none. If there are any bugs, let me know (it probably won't get fixed in a thousand years, because I suck at coding.)
