Technically you need to calculate lift to drag ratio, check aerodynamics and so on. But definitely this config can't grant great flying abilities, just as secondary.

@Captain Toof Yeeeaaahhh honestly I had never seen one in game nor knew of their behaviors, but I saw wings and said "yeah he can fly :)".

Maybe just think of it as gliding in this case.

Not everyday you can see it flying...
