• Enable enhanced mode.
  
• Get/Carry Scissors
  
• Throw a scissor to a solid wall.
  
• Drop scissors from hands.
  
• Pick up the scissor thrown at wall.
  
• Throw away scissor from hands, once done. You can run.
  
• Pick up box of scissors.

You'll need to repeat this when loading into another stage

Make sure to turn on enhanced mode.
Get scissors, throw one to a solid wall. Then drop the box of scissors.
Get the scissor that you've thrown at a wall and then throw it away from you. Once done. You should will be running without scissors. Make sure to pick up the box of scissors you've thrown on the ground and the other you've thrown away. Transitioning to another stage will revert you back to walking. So do it again. If you don't have scissors, don't worry. With the machine gun you can right mouse click scissors from the gun, pick one up, throw it wall and you'll be running without scissors.
