I added an experimental 'runner' mode to the map for those who want to see only gameplay related blocks/models etc.
To enable that, write "mat_dxlevel 80" in console and anything above 90 to disable
For full atmosphere experience make sure to have dxlevel set to 95 (mat_dxlevel 95)
WARNING: There will be issues with some models, which stay invisible even after returning back to dxlevel >90. Restart the game to get original view back
