Stronghold of Daemurra

Omschrijving
The townspeople are fearful and have sent you to explore the Stronghold as disapperances continue. What else can you do when you're forced at sword-point in, the door barred behind you?

You'll need to explore carefully to find weapons, clothes, and food to survive and make your way through the stronghold to escape!

v 1.5: Fixed the broken Aegis's Fang dagger

v 1.4: Changed the "throw a rock" teleporter trick into a spawner that you have to dodge. Added a big new secret to level 8 that should be fun to figure out.

v 1.3: Fixed the still-elusive bug that causes Grimrock to crash when saving after placing any items in the alcoves on Level 8. Rebalanced weapons a bit by adding a few mace-type weapons including the Icefall Hammer.

Well I managed to make it through the dungeon and I think I missed a few things along the way. Anyway, I would like to thank you for a rather enjoyable mod. It was a good time. Thank you for creating it and sharing it with us.

I am so sorry - in 2018, my computer was destroyed, along with everything I had on it. I've lost the original files and all documentation. I don't even remember that much about the puzzles I put in place.

Is there any documentation where I can look up the puzzles/secrets if I get stuck? I'm digging the dungeon design so far, but I'm pretty sure there's a few things I've already missed and puzzles are not my strong suit.

@Cisco2950 - Level 9, you mean "Storage"? It's been years since I last looked at my mod; I had a computer explosion (it got set on fire, literally) and lost everything until I was able to restore this all from backup. What eyes do you mean, which door?

So I am on level 9 , and can;t seem to find the other eye for the door key. Besides that and taking out the council I have done everything. The next time through I will document more. I might get out my graph paper and pencil...

@Cisco2950. Thank you! I've fixed many of the issues people had, so that should help. I doubt I'll ever finish my second mod (I have two), but I might go back and update this one, one day.

Great Mod!! I did not experience any of the challenges of the other comments. I have been playing LoG and LoG2 for a long time. I started with all the Forgotten Realms PC games when they originally came out. Lots of graph paper, tape and adventure notes. Too many peaople are use to cheat guides and "Walkthroughs". I am going through a second time paying more attention to details as I raced through the first time, and missed some of the secrets on different levels.

Sorry for my english, but i hope you can understand me. In my opinion this mod was really great, perhaps too much easy but is absolutely funny and have a good history (jandall reminds me toorum) the end of jandall and the end of the mod were a little sad . Puzzles have variety and you don't need to work on the NASA to solve it, very balanced. I hate some mods with impossible, insane puzzles and a lot of impossible fights. I like dark souls but this is grimrock. I don't understand why your mod don't have 4 or 5 stars. I'm a modder too and i know all the work you do below the surface. I have 2 mods, one uploaded here and another bigger (a bloodwych remake) on grimrock nexus (where i discover your mod). You have my like, favourite and my congratulations for your job.

Maybe the author is on vacation or something, but I would like to know if the bug with the Aegis Fang dagger will be fixed?
