Even so, it wouldn't be fair to my fellow mod-makers in CoH2. I can name at least 3 great mods on there right now that almost completely transform the game to something that's very much different than what the vanilla experience provides.

Its 3gigs and says he wants to nerf and remove some stuff though so you might still want the 3.2 version.
