open windows defender firewall with advanced security

click on inbound rules
click on new rule
click on program
click on next
select \steamapps\common\INFINITE VERSUS\UGCExample\Binaries\Win64\UGCExample-Win64-Shipping.exe
click block the connection
click next
leave all checkmarks checked
click next
name it whatever you want
click next

repeat these steps but instead of clicking on inbound rules click on outbound rules

you can't get it anymore because the dev got laughed out because the idea was so bad and the claims they made about netcode were worse
