Description

A new 4-Way interchange (multi-level intersection) design, the "Cyclone" that has a very distinct look, but is also quite efficient. It also obeys the usual interchange design "rules" like traffic leaves the highway from the outermost lanes, and traffic leaves the highway before new traffic joins the highway to avoid the problem of traffic weaving.

I got the idea for this interchange when looking at the following intersections:
  * "inner cloverleaf" https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=796470894
  * "gyroscope" https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=788215036
Both of these use a highway crossover and cloverleaf-like loops in the middle. The difference with this intersection is that the inside loops are overlapped so the intersection takes a lot less space overall.

I also made a version of this interchange with fewer bridges/overpasses. This version essentially inverts the design, so all of the inner loops are on the ground level.

This Cities:Skylines asset has been added to Steam Workshop for anyone to download and use.
