I found this fix by one User Mercutio48 maybe it will work for you.

Fix 2 (New)

This is one fix I found to fix my game

Download PhysXLoader,dll https://www.dll-files.com/physxloader.dll.html

And do the same thing with fix one.

Fix 3 AMD GPU

For this to work download this, https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/physx/physx-9-19-0218-driver/ That's it

Not sure why it does not work for you all ,i did not have to do anything except install the game and press play and it worked fine. Full AMD system, cpu and gpu. Gues it is down to the gd awful Nvidia and there horrible phys x hence the reason i ditched Nvidia many many years ago.

Never got this game to work in Windows 10 but it works out of the box on Manjaro XFCE.

All I had to do was go to the below link and update the software, thanks for creating this, it did help me!

Make sure to close Steam before installing the software.
