I don't think I'm forgetting anything, LMK if you have questions. I was always hesitant to try new mods since I felt like I'd have to redo alot but the Node Controller and Intersection Marking tool were game changing and don't seem to have a downside. I actually used to line up lane line decals down all my roads...

blazing_yt - Road Anarchy is needed to build things like this anyway. You'll also need the Prop and tree Anarchy and make sure it is set to Anarchy Always ON to avoid things disappearing from roads, downside is trees will no longer disappear from new roads and buildings automatically. Also you will want the Fine Road Tool. I'm 99% sure that is the mod which allows me to set the streetlights and pillars when building roads. Its usually necessary to disable pillars and place your own afterwards (if you delete them after building they come back on next game load). Resizing nodes to make the roads smooth also makes street lights bunch up so you'll probably want to disable those too and put your own in with the Prop Line Tool. I can try to make a guide soon, never done that before tho.

Road Wear(Use Prop Line Tool to place line up on roads and parking lots roads) :

Cracks (Place lots quickly over parking lots, use move it mod to rotate randomly then convert to PO and raise slightly so visible)

Other Cracks for extra crappy roads:

Concrete Stains (Cover parking lots)

You will use alot of decals and need to convert them to Procedural Objects to avoid hitting game limits.

I use those same mods for the surface streets too, I wouldn't know much about graphics mods tho if I have any, they were set and forget. People suggested I try relight which I plan to do soon. Most of the surface streets are from the BIG Roads pack, the curbs are from the BIG parking lots pack, now I use the squared off gravel and grass curbs that came out recently: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2520062765 . Parking lots are made with these roads: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2175361167 . I'm subscribed to tons of road props I wouldn't know where to begin. I don't use a huge variety of decals, Ill find and link those.

Traffic Manager (Performace drop depending on settings)

Yeah for sure, I get that. Im not great at keeping track of assets but I know the decals I put down are called road wear decals, they come in a pack of 3. For the freeways I use a couple mods mainly. I explained those better on a different pic but Ill copy it. "Thanks Cranberry, if you wanna make intersections like that try getting the node controller and intersection marking mod. It makes it really easy honestly, if an interchange is already built you can make it smooth in like 5 min and completely perfect in 30-1hr. Neither of those mods should have much of a performance hit as far as I know and you can learn how to use them just by going for it. If you want heavier traffic then you'd need the Real Time Mod and maybe something for heavier outside traffic but the Real Time mods seems to prevent super heavy through traffic. Also Traffic Manager is necessary with the Real Time mod or everything will jam pretty fast. " https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2523782714

Can you show us the mods you used? I mean, its not that easy for me. I needed a Road Anarchy mod for the page up and down key to work.

Not sure what you mean Marka, I use a lot of mods assets and decals to make the roads and parking lots look that way.
