Note - to find this you have to get to "sanctum" at the end of the last level of game, its just before you go into the final boss mans room from there you have to check the roof of the hallway near the door to find the dopefish

its kinda funny if you think about it as dopefish was a bossman in commander keen game and you find him as you go to face end game bossman.
