Medusa is one of the best carries in the game. This build is pretty standard and effective, so you should be able to keep the timelines on the farm if you know the hero. This is not a skill skipping for stats build. You lvl up skills on all the first 14 levels. When you reach the time to fight items, you should try and fight. You are always looking for gold with this one. When you have 2 of your 50 min mark items pluss the core items, raxx and teamwipe should be fairly easy.
