In order to get these achievements you need to finish each contract on highest difficulty. (Deadeye) Just take your time and pick your targets carefully and it should not be that difficult.


Desert Storm
Complete Zindah Province at the Highest Difficulty in a single playthrough.



The Gun is the Best Hacking Tool
Complete Mount Kuamar at the Highest Difficulty in a single playthrough.



King of The Castle
Complete Rashida Qalat at the Highest Difficulty in a single playthrough.



Deadly Efficient
Complete Maladh Wadi at the Highest Difficulty in a single playthrough.



Genuine Professional
Complete The Tajmid Heights at the Highest Difficulty in a single playthrough

These achievements come along side when you buy new weapons and skills.
There is 56 skills in total and you need to purchase 54 out of them costing at minimum of 135 skill points.

There is plenty of challenges to do so pick what ever you like. Will require multiple playthrough's.

For sniper rifles you need to complete all contracts and bounty hunters missions.

New Toy
Unlock 1 Weapon.

These achievement require you to kill enemies in certain way. Can be done in any mission and any difficulty unless says otherwise.

Lock, Stock, and Barrel
Kill 2 enemies using an explosion.

Just look for 2 enemies near red barrels or red explosion box and shoot it so they both die.















Thrifty Shooter
Kill 2 enemies with the same bullet.


Wait enemies to line up shoot them both with one shot. Easier with high power rifle (50.cal) and/or armor piercing.



Distance Doesn't Matter
Land a shot from over 1300m away.


Just kill enemy from 1300m away. Should have plenty of opportunity's in first mission.


Quick and Discreet
Kill 5 enemies in 1 minute without raising the alarm.


Can be done with any difficulty, just shoot 5 targets with out no one noticing.


Full House
Kill at least 1 of each enemy type in the same mission.


You need to kill one of each enemy during 1 mission. Only sniper/secondary/pistol kills count, not take downs.

Horseshoes and Hand Grenades
Kill 2 enemies with a grenade.

Just wait 2+ enemies get together and toss them a grenade.


One Trick Pony
Finish a Contract using only sniper rifles.

Don't use pistols or secondary at all.




Turret Operator
Kill 5 enemies in the same mission using the Sentry Turret.

Target 5 enemies using your binoculars and use turret to take them down.


Venom
Kill any contract target using your drone's poison rifle.


You need to buy drone and equip it in gadget slot and get the poison dart skill in order to do this.
After that, send drone and use poison dart to take down contract. I personally did this in Mouth Kuamar by poisoning Lars Hellström.












Lungs of Steel
Kill 5 enemies while holding your breath with Stamina Booster active.


You need to buy Stamina Booster skill in order to this.
While holding your breath, pick 5 enemies and kill them quickly.
You need to keep holding your breath after each kill or it might not count.

These achievements must be done by creating certain situation or done in certain way. Some of them are hidden.

Universal.

These achievements can be done in any contract.



Spectre
Be within 2 meters of an enemy for 10 seconds without being detected.


Just stand behind of enemies and you should get it. Enemy's must not be alarmed.












One Shot One Kill
Complete a contract when every time you hit the enemy is a kill.


Should be happening naturally because i have no idea how to do it.
Just don't miss i think?


Look, but Don't Touch
Finish all Contracts in a Region without ever taking damage from enemies.


Finish any contract with out getting hit ones.







These next achievements must be done in certain contract.



Zindah Province



Patience is key

Kill Colonel Fyodor Novikov when hes inspecting damages.

The way you need to this is you need to disable one of the satellite disc with out raising alarm in order to draw him out.

First shoot two fuse box. I use 1-1 and 1-2 from left side since it look easier and enemies hide from each other much more than right side. If you did this correctly, Novikov should be walking outside and and head to office just right side from left side fuse boxes. When he arrive in office, shutters will come down and you have two options.

1. Shoot 2 guys and and fuse box on the on the roof quick with out raising alarm to open shutters and then shoot Novikov while hes still inside.

2. There is a very small opportunity to shoot him on the side while shutters come down. If you are quick enough, you can kill him before shutters go all to way down.













Kill Atnhan Zarsa while hes escaping with a car.



In order to do this you need to cause alarm and let Antwana Zarza get to his car. After that, blow up the car or shoot him to get this achievement.












Sniping the Sniper
Kill Captain Ronald Payne while hes in sniper position.


In this you need to spook Ronald and not to kill him before he get's in position. If you go away and come back again, you can find in around the cliff hidden in bushes 1500m away from your sniping position. He can be very hard to see but few tries and you should get him. Also a great opportunity to get Distance Doesn't Matter if you don't have it all ready.













Mount Kuamar


Check
Escape the server room with out being detected.


First kill all the enemies, then upload the virus and hide, let Amaya come to the server room and then kill her, get her card and remove lockdown. After this, jump down from pathways and go to elevator while avoiding enemies.











Tajmid Height


Karma
Lead the prisoner to safety without raising the alarm.


First, kill the main target and nearly everyone from the left side and entrance before killing soldier guarding hes cell. When he starts moving, there will be 3 patrols coming from houses. 2 (soldier each) These soldiers must be kill in single bullet in order this to work. When Taj reach entrance door will open and behind it is fuse box that will disable turrets so don't blow them up or shoot them.











Lethal Business
Provoke both targets to escape and kill them before they do so.


Cause alarm so that Zivko Dragovic and Hamza Khan starts escaping. Then kill them before they do. Dragovic tries to run away up hills while Hanza goes for the boat. Explosive rounds works great on this.












Caravan
Survive 3 wave's on enemies.


In this one you need to cause alarm in oil field, after that, group on enemies will show up behind you. There will be 3 wave's of them containing snipers, normal's and heavy's. Survive and kill everyone from all 3 wave's to get this achievement.










Rashida Qalat


Long live the Queen
Retrieve the security chips without killing Bibi.


Unless you skip the closes mission on your primary starting point then i don't see that you could miss this in anyway.

Just collect security ships from half sunken container before killing main target.



Maladh Wadi


Discreet
Kill the Target and the other Suspects without raising the alarm.



This prove to be little bit difficult but i think i now know how to do this.
First you must not find out who is your real target, you can scan them but if Raven mentioned he found a smoker, reload previous save.

After that, just keep killing enemies with out anyone noticing, use fuse boxes, generators to distract them until you have only targets remaining. After that, kill them in any order and you should get this.

In my video i first though it was bugged because i got Single shot killer despite not being alarmed. After i did it again i got the achievement but did not record it so i recreated the way i got it. Hopefully it will work for you.












Single Shot Killer
Kill each Suspect with a single bullet, hitting the body, during the alarm.


Locate all suspect's, cause alarm and kill them before escaping. One is trying to drive away to right, second run's to the castle tower and last one is heading to upper main gate but will turn around if other 2 dies before he reaches there. For this one i have a video right here but its definitely not the right way to do this at least not according to description of the achievement. Anyway i include it just for fun.














Fatal Accuracy
Kill Taj Taheer in the car with a headshot.


Probably the most difficult achievement to get since hes driving a car and you need to land a head shot. To get this you need to cause alarm, he will head towards a hangar, get a car and drive away to the left service route. That is probably the official way but there is also a easier method.

When Taheer is arriving, shoot both of the heavy guards (requires 50.cal), this will cause Taheer to stop hes car and attempt to to turn around, giving you a window to aim to hes head and kill him before he escapes.
Here's a video how i did it.

There is 35 Collectible in whole game. In order to find them you need to look your raidar that will point them out with yellow mark when you are close. Here is the list of Collectible's with pic's and video included.

Finders Keepers
Find your first Collectible.


Hoarder
Find all of the Collectibles.

There is five collectibles in this contract.


First Collectible
One your way to Payne and Novikov, you come across a small village. This can be found next to sniper spot in top of boxses.
Second Collectible
In this same village you can find another collectible siting in top of boxses next to a boat.
Third Collectible
Continuing this same path you come across guard station. Clear it out and your next collectible can be found just under it. Either swim, climb or slide (like i did) down to collect it under the tent.
Fourt Collectible
From this same guard station, continue to the cave and climb the other side of water, you find collectible next to a pile of branches.
Fifth Collectible
Go though the cave to the ruin on the other side. This Collectible can be find half buried next to some pots.

Firsts Collectible
First one can be found near the first jamer. One of the smaller pillars in the area.
Second Collectible
Second one can be find in Water cooling facility near the main entrance in top of a box.
Third Collectible
Third Collectible is near the second jamer and sniper training camp. Go though the gate 7 and its middle of the open area.
Fourth Collectible
When facing this same gate 7 entrance, turn slightly to the right and you can find your next Collectible.
Fifth Collectible
Again head though this same entrance (Gate 7) to open area, turn left and you find gate 1. Go though the door, climb up, go forward m though the fans and the collectible can be find below in top of boxes.
Six Collectible
Number sic is near the main antenna, top of the boxes next to big satelite disc.
Seven Collectible
South side of Citadel is a small guard station. In top of the wall you can find collectible.
Eight's Collectible
Continuing path from the guard station you come across a tunnel. This collectible is inside of in top of boxes.
Nine Collectible
In third level of citadel entrance, there is a small guard house on the side. Collectible can be found on the table there.
Ten's Collectible
This last one can be find in same room as Lars, next to computer.

Firsts Collectible
From starting location, head towards the guard station. This collectible can be found in upper level top of a table.
Second Collectible
Continue path to up and go though the tunnel and drop down from left side, collectible is just behind you.
Third Collectible
Go though that tunnel to the and and turn left, you come across another guard station. Collectible is just top of one of the tables.
Fourth Collectible
When arriving to oil field contract you see lots of broken down houses. Collectible is inside one of them in top of box.
Fifth Collectible
Last one this this contract can be found in previous section of oil contract. (Hanza and Zivko contract area) Collectible is next to a broken wind mill.

First Collectible
First one can be found near the starting location, under the tower next to a barrel, water tank and propane tank.
Second Collectible
Second can be found further up up stairs of the guard stations on the table.
Third Collectible
Continue path to the left and thought the tunnel. Third one is top of tower on the table next to a computer. Bounty hunter area.
Fourth Collectible
From the main entrance of train yard, to the first building on your right side. Note book is sitting on the table there.
Fifth Collectible
Left side of castle is a broken house, collectible can be found there in top of few boxes.
Six Collectible
From north side of entrance, this collectible can be found first guard tower on left side inside a locker.
Seven Collectible
When arriving to room where you learn prisoners fate, turn left to storage room and you can find your next collectible on top of box.
Eight Collectible
In inner courtyard, when you get to helipad, turn around and climb up to the tower. When you see a sniper, collectible is just behind him on top of box.
Nine Collectible
Down below you see a big swimming pool, collectible is behind a wall next to a pillar.
Ten Collectible
Last one of the map can be found on presidents room on top of desk.

This one is very near the guard house, next to a crashes helicopter and minefield

Top of the tower in middle of the nightstand you can find a collectible.
