Expanded Roster Norsca SFO

Omschrijving
This mod aims to balance the Expanded Roster: Norsca mod for SFO. All credits for the mod goes to the original author, Decomposed.

Changes
- Stats balanced for SFO
- Relevant abilities added to the new units
- SFO skills and upkeep added to Jarl
- Huskarls made a legendary unit and buffed a bit, due to SFO already having Huskarls.

This is still a problem and has now made it so I can't finish my hunt for the Scion of The Cold-Void because I can't recruit Ice Trolls due to this issue. I doubt at this point it'll be fixed since Warhammer 3 is out but if it ever does it would be amazing.

the last sfo patch seems to have broken this mod. crashes in custom battle screen
