Dark Carnival Highway/Motel Unique Population

If you have ever used a population.txt mod that changes the "default" poplatuion, you may have been disappointed to learn that this also changes the population on c2m1_highway. This simple mod repurposes the unused "defaultrural" population so that you can change the "default" population without affecting the highway/motel. Likewise, you can also change the "defaultrural" population to anything you want; customizing this map in a way unavailable on the workshop until now.

This mod does NOT change the population.txt file, so it will be compatible with any mods you have. If you don't know how to modify the population.txt file, this mod will be of little use to you. This mod works in singleplayer and when you host a local server.
