Proper Quality: Battle Against Abstract Painting (Earthbound/Mother 2)

Spat out of pure pent-up frustration with all the low-quality youtube-video-rips-based wallpapers of this specific background combination from Earthbound there are on the workshop.
It's all pure HTML/JS so it should scale properly at 800x600/720p/1080p/4K whatever is the new resolution standard 999 years from now.

If you want to thank someone, go thank Mr. Accident, gjtorikian and Kdex instead. The latters' work of which I embedded into this Wallpaper Engine Wallpaper alongside the original encounter's theme track. This wouldn't have been possible without them (since literally all I did was copy paste around code)

oh yeah forgot to mention: you might not want to use this if you're sensitive to flashing lights/epileptic. although it sort of is a slow scroll kind of. i mean it still gave me a headache while working on it so eh YMMV
