Beskrivning
Missive to our glorious leader: Groups of our soldiers are disobeying the negotiated truce and have been spotted clashing in the Borderzone. Non-military casualties confirmed.
We await your orders.

Introduce rare shek and holy patrols to the Borderzone. You can watch them clash sometimes. They are affected by world states, so they'll disappear if you take out their leaders.

The paladins still act like they own the place and will attack your non-humans if they're feeling frisky, so watch out for that.

Basically. There aren't any camps, just patrol squads, identical to what you'll find in the two factions' territories.
