E2 cluster bomb homing missile

-press L to target whatever you are looking at

-use /target playername to target players
-use /target aim to target the point you are looking at
-use /target entity to target the entity you are looking at

you can insert a parameter for raising height.

example: /target aim 10000
this launch will raise up to 10000 units and start to chase the target after that.
