Hey Navaati! those aren't actually stars! thats actually a Low quality camera effect which makes the image appear fuzzy, with neptune camera and tantares mods combined you get different sets of cameras that have different levels of clearness and quality! Some cameras can also only take ultraviolet or infrared photos while others only take photos in greyscale (Basically black and white) Hope this answered your question!
