Presenting the KO LR-106/A ISO
The LR-107/A is an inflatable ISO liferaft equipped with all required equipment including SART and blinking light, a handheld VHF radio, first-aid kit, flares and flaregun and room for 6 people. The liferaft is stable even in rough seas and will provide a safe spot should your ship go down in a storm. Due to obvious limitations in Stormworks, this liferaft only comes in its inflated form, making it ideal for role-playing, fancy screenshots or custom missions.

You might want to check the link in the inflatable liferafts add-on that leads to this page ;) Fantastic add-on, I'm glad Vlaskovich used a couple of my life rafts for it.

What ship is that in the third picture? Looks amazing. Lifeboat works great too, especially for helicopter rescues.
