The Fix
Copy everything from "C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common" and dump them directly into your Way of the Samurai 4 game directory.

This requires PhysX to be installed already, so if you don't have it, then search for "PhysX" and download it from Nvidia's site.

dont work if u not have a nvidia grafic card... physx is install from nvidia but not the hardwear. eny other solutions?

but to add i open the PhysX commons copy all. then i open way of samurai 4 file location right click on the commons file and click paste. it worked
