Ish'Kafel, the Dark Seer. is one of great offlane hero that can give good impact in 5 vs 5 war. Ion shell can make you farm in hard lane or jungle (if your support stack it for you) and you can harass enemy carry with this skill. Surge can chase enemy/escape from enemy. Wall of Replica and Vacuum combo is a good team fight skill,, so many great skill in this hero.
