By queueing for Mann Up, you become a participant. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you connect to a Mann Up server.

By joining a Mann Up server, you acknowledge that you have read the Mann Up Participation Contract and agree to our policy’s terms and agreements.

A. Content and Services
As a Participant, you obtain access to our server and its features. All actions performed on the server must be in accordance with the Terms of Use at all times. You do not reserve the right of finishing the mission. Access to our servers may be withdrawn at any time for any reason.

As a participant, you are obliged to following the Terms of Use.

A. General Guidelines
You agree to obey orders from superiors at all times. You do not challenge superiors and their authority. You do not argue with superiors. Sanctions imposed by a superior are indisputable and not subject to review.

B. Class, Weapons, Upgrades Selection
You agree that you refrain from playing Pyro without a permission in all Mann Up servers and that your class, weapons, and upgrades selection must be in accordance with Amendment 3.B and the supervisor of the server at all times.

C. Game Flow Contribution
You agree to play in a way that is not impeding to the game flow or the experience of other participants and that is in accordance with Amendment 3.C and the supervisor of the server at all times.

D. Vote system usage
You agree that you refrain from unauthorized usage of the vote system. You are not allowed to call a vote kick against superiors. When a vote is issued, you agree to vote in a manner that ensures the outcome of the vote is in consent with the Mann Up Participation Contract.

E. Communication Usage
You refrain from using voice and text chat in such a manner that is inconveniencing, disruptive to public order or disrespecting to a superior or participant. You refrain from communicating at all after a superior revoked your permission to communicate.

F. Idling
You agree that you do not idle without a permission. The right of unrestrained idling is reserved to certified Mann Up idling services only. Permissions are handed out individually by server supervisors and superiors.

G. Naming Guidelines
You agree that you do not use names that pose a violation of Steam's terms of service. Violations against Steam's terms of service include, but are not limited to, website advertisement in your name. You agree to change your name so that it is compliant with Steam's terms of service immediately when ordered by a superior.

H. Player State Toggling
You agree that you toggle your player state to "Ready" (Press F4) in every wave within the allowed time frame. The time frame varies between servers and can be between 3 and 30 seconds.

I. External cheat software
You refrain from using external cheat software on all Mann Up servers.

J. Joining a Game in Progress
You refrain from joining a game in progress on servers that require a permission. The right to join a game in progress is reserved for server maintainers, server supervisors, Mann Up idling services, certified game-snipers, contract enforcers, and friends and family of employees.

K. Rejoining
You may rejoin the server once after removal for a minor offense. Minor offenses include, but are not limited to:

• Unauthorized Idling
  
• Incapability to toggle Player State to "Ready" within the allowed time frame
  
• Subpar in-game performance in relation to total playtime
  
• Violations against the server's class, weapons, upgrades or game flow policy

After rejoining, you are subject to review of the respective server supervisor and may complete the mission if allowance is given. If allowance is not given, you agree to leave the server immediately and refrain from further rejoining.

You may not rejoin the server after removal for a major offense. Major offenses include,
but are not limited to:

• Unauthorized voting
  
• Usage of communication tools without a permission
  
• Severe game flow interruption
  
• Usage of external cheat software

A. Sanction measures

Superiors may restore public order in all Mann Up servers at any time by conducting one or multiple of the following measures:

• Withdrawing a participant's permission to use a specific class, weapon or upgrade
  
• Withdrawing a participant's permission to use any communication tools
  
• Withdrawing a participant's permission to contribute to the game flow
  
• Removal of a participant from the server
  
• Immediate interruption of the game flow
  
• Imposing a server lockdown
  
• Imposing a server shutdown

In the event of a server lockdown, instructions given by superiors must be followed at all times, as non-compliance will result in an immediate termination of the contract. All participants are obliged to help superiors restore public order and must not hinder them from imposing measures under any circumstances.

B. Restrictions to Class, Weapons, Upgrades Selection

Restrictions to class, weapons and upgrades selection are subject to the individual policy of the server and may vary. Usage of a restricted class, weapon or upgrade is forbidden and requires a special permit.

C. Game Flow Contribution Policy

Participants are subject to review of the server's individual policy regarding the Contribution to Game Flow, regardless of their playtime and tour count. Review is to be conducted by superiors. Server owners reserve the right to require a minimum standard for participation in their servers and to undertake actions against participants unable of fulfilling the necessary standards or participants infringing any terms of their Game Flow Contribution Policy.

A. Term
The term of the Mann Up Participation Contract commences on the first occasion you queue for Mann Up and remains in effect until a termination in accordance with the Mann Up Participation Contract is issued.

B. Termination by Participants
Participants may revoke their consent at any time by leaving a Mann Up server prior to mission completion, or if they choose to, by requesting a removal from the server. Removals are to be conducted by superiors.

C. Termination by Superiors
Superiors, including but not limited to, server supervisors, contract enforcers, server maintainers and employees may terminate the contract in the event that you breach any terms of the Mann Up Participation Contract. A termination of the Mann Up Participation Contract will lead to an immediate removal from the server In all cases. In addition, we reserve the right to store credentials, including but not limited to your SteamID and IPv7 for further usage in case of a major offense.

The Mann Up Participation Contract may be modified at any time and to any extent. The continued use of our Services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.
