This is a based on a government office building in Minneapolis. It is a bit over 400 feet tall.

IT NEEDS TO BE PLACED ON FLAT LAND OR THE BASE WILL BE GLITCHED AND UGLY.

It is a ploppable rico office and employs 500.

The main model has 7,344 tris with 1024x1024 diffuse, specular, normal, and illumination textures.
The lod has 320 tris with 1024x1024 diffuse, specular, normal, and illumination textures.
