This is my continuation on No Cut Efficiency mod by Lyston for Onitetsu's Heavy Scrap Helmet and Armour

This mod particularly removes cut efficiency on every armour and headgear beside scrap boots since the "cut def bonus" is zero in the first place

Place it under the main file

Does not require import AFAIK
